I'm also very fair-skinned. I have dark hair, but my sister has your coloring. First, decide whether you want the focus to be on your eyes or lips. If you want it on your eyes, keep your lips more toned-down--use a color close to your bare lips, but make it just a bit more pink. For a bolder look with your lips, I would recommend a coral or peach color. Those look great with fair skin, and that color's really in right now. No matter what you pick, stay away from purple tones--those aren't for the fair of skin. :) If it's an evening affair and you'd like to go bold, some cherry-red lipstick (with subtle eye make-up) is fun, especially if you pair it with a red necklace. No matter what, stay away from lip liner! I recommend putting the lipstick on, blotting, and then doing a light coat of clear lip gloss. That will give you the long-wear power of lipstick, but you're lips won't feel dry or chapped, and the gloss gives your lips a bit of shine. Chapstick is good for touch-ups. I've been doing that for months, and I love it.

You need to understand that women have pigments in there skin so that is why some peoples lips are a natural pink/reddish color so trying on a lip color to find what suits you best would have to be the best answer you cannot just pick one off the shelf and purchase, try them out go to a big name department store and indulge a little! its fun!

Well, it's hard to do without seeing you in person--so you might want to go to a cosmetics counter at a department store and see what they recommend. From what you say about your coloring, though, I would go with "cool" colors-pale pinks or plums, maybe. Good luck and have fun!
