Ask the clerk of court where the child custody was tried.

You need to go to the courthouse your case was heard in and pay for a copy of it. Bring cash and prepare to wait, particularly if any part of your case is still on docket. If there are still issues on docket, it will be even longer as somebody is going to have to wait for lunch or another break and get the Judge's clerk to go through his current files and copy it for them. DO NOT go to the Judge's courtroom on your own.

Also, keep in mind that Judge's clerks get pissy about this, and do you really want a pissy clerk telling the Judge that you couldn't even manage to hang onto your own copy of the paperwork?

Online will only give you the most basic information; what type of Order it was and when it was filed. Nobody is going to sit there and enter the actual contents into the system.
