If you can name this movie, I will be shocked...?

It was probably filmed in the late 70's, or early 80's. I saw it so long ago and it's not very popular, but it's about these young women who vacation at a house off the water (don't remember where), but they happen to find a large black garbage bag wash ashore that is filled with marijuana. There were actually 3 or 4 garbage bags that had fallen off a boat somewhere. One of the girls is kind of a prude, or more like too straight, doesn't know how to party like the other girls. They party the whole weekend and by the end of the weekend, the straight girl is smoking pot and taking off her bikini top at a bonfire party that they have. And, of course, a young man falls for her during this whole weekend and is pleasantly surprised at her actions at the end. I don't know why I remember this stupid movie, but it was kind of cheesy. Oh, and somehow the straight girl's father is at the party, who is kind of Chong himself and knows how to party too.

Forgot to mention, I don't remember the title of the movie, that's why I am asking.
