Well we had ASB and they helped organize and fund allot of stuff.

My school didn't have a poetry club But I currently Judge a poetry contest once a month several high schools go to.

Its at barns and noble you may wanna check and see if you could organize an open mic poetry night at your local barns and noble its allot of fun. I think barns and noble lets your school do it for free you need a teacher to volunteer I think

Good for you. Your parents must be proud of you.
At my daughter's school ( middle school), they have an Anime Club (drawing), Game Club, Ping Pong, Leadership, Care and Share (service projects for the needy), Student Council activites, Ambassors (mentoring for younger students), newspaper and yearbook, cheer leading, dance, football, cross country, track , volleyball. Does your school not offer any thing like this?

I hope your principal will work with you and friends and their parents. Good luck.
