Never. I have realy dark eyes (plus I have like natural 'eyeshadow' under my eyes) and I have very intense facial expressions so I scare the hell out of people.
You should see my 'Mr. Roper turn and smile'...whenever I wanted the room to myself in college I would just give the old roomie one of those and he would to hide in the lounge for a few hours.

Are you kidding? I am NEVER the one to blink first. I love for people to try to do it. I can out-stare anyone!!! It's a family talent.

No. I'm very good at just staring off thinking of nothing. The other person always laughs because they are thinking about the staring match.
