My 80-year old Dad has a a 91-year old girlfriend.

Well, like someone else said, it does sound a little funny to call an eighty year-old a girlfriend/boyfriend, but I'm not sure that there's another word. You could call them your "old man" or "old lady," but that kind of gives the impression that you've been married for years on end.
