Try a dark brown eyeliner instead, black will make your skin look paler and kinda sickly and that is never flattering. The same for the mascara, try a dark brown or a charcoal gray. Bronze eyeshadow looks good on people with dark hair, if you like the pale look, try some light pink. It's okay to make eyeshadows dramatic sometimes but try to stay away from blues and reds. The white is going to make your eyebrows look darker. For lipgloss, use a medium pink or light coral red. Pale lipgloss is an unnatural and unattractive color.

As a makeup artist, the black eyeliner would have to be more natural, so add a small line to the upper lid. try to use a nice and natural eyeshadow, or peach colored eyeshadow gives everyone a beautiful touch. find a shade of lipgloss that goes more with your lip color, same with lipstick, or you could wear a bit darker lipstick with a pale lipgloss

Okay with fair complexions don't start going crazy. the eyeshadow and lip glosses are great! go pale. don't put on dark purples and blues and stuff. As far as (VERY dark black eyeliner) that's your decision. I suggest going to a someone at the mall who is a professional at this. Tell them what you are kinda thinking of but what there input on it is and ask for a makeover. And don't be afraid Ask what they are doing and what shades they are putting on if they don't tell you already. Then go home and try to copy what they did.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

ok ok, start off by taking the eyeliner a lot more easily. Try a dark brown eyeliner, and try to use some type of a light brown lipgloss. keep this one thing in mind, either make you eyes prettier or your lips. you want the person focusing on only one part of your face. i watch many TLC makeover shows, and pretty much all of them say to have the focus on your eyes or lips.

these two people popped into my mind when i read your description. try to stay sheer and natural. that's the new trend. i think it looks better. ivory eyeshadow is good and so is pale lip gloss (in pinks and peaches). try using blush if your pale skin and dark hair is too harsh. it looks really pretty. i use covergirl cheekers or maybelline dream matte mouse blush in peach satin (depending on my mood).
if i were you, i would stay in the peach family of colors (as well as ivory and black). try modeling your makeup off of those two ^ just for fun.
good luck.

You're good already. Don't start wearing bright blue, or purple on your eyelids now. The ivory and black eyeliner is awesome!

i use black eye liner, white or light green eye shadow and clear or light pink lip gloss/you could use the same but be sure to keep the eye liner thin,u dont want too much, the only big difference in our looks is my hair is brown and blonde.my eyes are brown and green,i dont know if that means the make up wont look good on u,but it seems like it would.
