downloaded the latest and i just cant make some of its features work....cant edit my mobile..etc...whats wrong with this v8?????????????????????????

I had the same problem. My virus protection was blocking it. I had to go in and configure my virus protection program to allow it. It will open now, but won't connect. I am still researching that issue.

Try to download it agin or cheak the Username or the password .

do a system restore back to a date when it worked..... if that dont work then try uninstalling it and reinstalling it... hope this helped...but the system restore works real good i just did one today....
