I use Sudafed as an anti histamine - but there are products like echinea that also build up your immune system. Depending on the allergy Vit C can work wonders!

clarityn which works within 15 minutes is 3 times a day but might only need to take 1.zirtek is just one a day and also benadryl is good they are laa antihistamines.
