can't find adult settings...help?! (read details)?

i accidentally turned the adult settings to a different option then the one i wanted. PLEASE help me find them. i looked in the typical settings/options but couldn't find them anywhere. thanks so much.

I agree with Cindy Loo....your account page is where you change the account settings.....DUH!
