Removing Gorilla Glue From Skin

Welcome to the gorilla glue world. You can't get it off. It just has to wear off. There is a reason they tell you to wear gloves. I learned the hard way too. Sorry :-(

I read some of the other answers. I did try some of those things, not all, and it didn't work for me. Did you folks actually have an experience getting Gorilla glue off your skin? These remedies do work on other types of glues.

Here is a method I literally just used to get Gorilla Glue off of my middle finger.
1.Dab area with an acetone nail polish soaked tissue and rub into it. This will weaken the glue.
2. Rinse off then put olive oil on area and rub in for a minute or so.
3.Scrape area with a brillo pad (doesn't have to be too hard, just firm pressure). The glue will come right off.

the bottle says "avoid skin contact", "wipe off wet glue immediately", and "wash affected area with soap and water". not too helpful. with superglue applying acetone-based nail polish remover works well. i would try that.

If you rub a dryer sheet on it while it's still wet it will come off.
