This happen to me, and I want to make sure it do not happen to any other person, This is one question I need help with.

do you really think spamming them on a website is going to matter? there are lots of places to vent, if you were ripped off, why don't you take them to court, or go back to the OEM of the vehicle you purchased? Or, you can go to your local paper or TV station (like Ruth to the Rescue) if you don't have the $$ to sue, and sometimes they'll pay you off just to avoid bad publicity.

BTW, most local newspapers have "soundoff" where you can call in and complain about stuff, so if you make it sound very professional, you might be able to get some press there, more likely than a website to make a customer turn away.

Call consumer affairs, the Better Business Bureau, or beat the hell out of him with a Babe Ruth baseball bat!
