my ex takes our baby from daycare whenever it suits him (im currently in the process of obtaining court orders). he wont tell me the address he takes my son to.

From what I get from your question, you do not have court orders, there for legally he does have a right to pick the child up, with out court orders it is joint custody. It is unethical to not tell you where he is taking your son, but there may be a reason. Basically until you get full custody or court orders stating when he can see the child, nothing can be done. If you put the child somewhere else and do not tell him where, you can deemed not allowing him his parental rights. Things you should ask yourself, is your son coming home at a decent hour? Besides you getting upset about your X picking up your son, is your X really doing anything wrong? I can go on and on, but until you have court orders stating when he can see the child you can not keep him from the child. Remember it is his son as well. Good Luck to you

Push for the court orders and tell the people at day care that they are not to release your children to anyone but you. This is ridiculous and you have every right to know where your son is. I've been in a situation similar to this, mine liked to take off with our son while waiting for the paperwork and my son was terrified by this game so I put him somewhere that he couldn't find him until it was all straightened out. Two can play at this game! If you don't have legal custody it isn't kidnapping, according to the law with no custody agreement in place posession is all that counts and I got no help from police when I went through this because of that. As far as finding an address do you have land line phone number for him? You could look that up in a reverse directory and possibly get an address. Do you know where he works? If so borrow someones car that he won't recognize and follow him home one day!

That's kidnapping - next time it happens, immediately call the police. If you have custody and he hasn't pre arranged collection, then you will know where he will be living for the next 7 years - prison.

man thats pretty scary i would tell the daykare to ristrict this person from picking him up
and then wait to take him to court because that is kidnapping
