Tell your probation officer, and you will have to bring it to a judge. Hopefully you have not violated the terms of your probation before.

Its possible to get your probation transferred to another state via a procedure called an Inter-state Compact. Usually you will have to present a compelling reason for the request and show that you have a job available upon arrival, viable living arrangements, compliance with the conditions of probation in the state where you were convicted in , etc. The other state does not have to accept the compact request. They don't want any more criminals cominginto their state if they can help it.

Yes you can, you need to talk to the state you want to transfer to and get the proper paper work to your probation officer, then set up a time to meet the new one and continue your probation. Your current officer will be kept aprised of your situation. I will warn you that you must have a good reason to so.

i am a former po in georgia. if you are a resident of georgia, your request will probably be denied. just ask your po to give you a travel permit to go out of state to work. also ask your po is there anyway you can report by phone or mail. also, is your probation: felony or misdemeanor... that makes a huge different.

Yes you can, just provide proof of an address and submit it to your probation officer, as long as you haven't killed anyone there i'm sure it's not a problem ( ha ha ha ).

yes you can, but you have to let them know so they can do the transfer paperwork and then check in at your new location as soon as you get there...there is a fee for it in SC!
