The song is "I Feel Pretty" from West Side Story. Music written by Leonard Bernstein with lyrics (those are the words) written by Stephen Sondheim.
The character Maria (played by Natalie Wood) sings this song in the movie, but the song is dubbed and actually sung by MARNI NIXON in a recording studio.

I think that you're talking about "I Feel Pretty" and it's from the movie West Side Story. The lyric is "Who's the pretty girl in that mirror there?" and it was written by Leonard Bernstein, and was sung by Natalie Wood and cast in the cast album.
