for example, no hottubes, is it better to sleep with no underwear, only cotton, etc?

Well, by vaginal health I'm not entirely sure what you mean. But if you mean so that you don't get infections? Wear cotton undies only, make sure you don't sit around in wet clothing, use hypoallergenic soaps (either "Ivory" soap, or I use Summer's Eve feminine wash), don't use tampons or pads with deoderants in them (although I have found that the new Tampax Pearls make a deoderant tampon that actually doesn't bother me and I am extremely susceptible to yeast infections), be careful what you stick up inside yourself if you masturbate (ie: make sure it's clean). Also, eating a container of yogurt a day is good too, as it keeps up the "good" bacteria in there which helps fight off the "bad" bacteria.

Is that the kind of thing you mean? I also have to be careful what kinds of condoms my husband and I use, even the kind of lube I use when I "play".
