Of Course!!! It's one of Sam Raimi's best! It just gets better with time. Ash is one of the greatest characters ever created!

Never thought that about "Army Of Darkness".
Evil Dead is one of the greatest films ever.

I thought it was cheesy funny. But, then again Bruce Cambell is cheesy funny. I actually liked Evil Dead part 1 and 2 more than Army of Darkness.

I love Sam Raimi's films -- particularly the early horror flicks -- and, when he lets his sense of humor loose as he does on "Army of Darkness," he's pretty much unbeatable. Also, he teams up again with Bruce Campbell, who is PERFECT for Raimi's over-the-top style.

I am not really into horror movies, but was convinced to watch this at a party a few years ago. It is hilarious! I have the directors cut DVD. :)
