How many of you go to work all week and are like me and have college classes at night or you dont neccasearly, but tell yourself you are going to go out Friday or Saturday night and never do. Being that you are so tired from all of the craziness from the week? I try, but by the time Friday and Saturday come around all I want to do is just sleep.

Don't worry, your hard work will pay off soon. Think how many years of life you will enjoy the fruits. Think how many people in life want to have the same opportunity and can't have it.

Welcome to "The Rut", Love!!!

This is the game plan of good ol' Corporate America...work, sleep, eat as you find the energy & time...work being the key word.

Allowing yourself to sink into this frame of life will make you mentally & physically sick, and is the greatest creator of stress & depression...feeding other entities of the System....soooo....

Here's where your free-will choice thing comes in....you can choose to conform to the masses of unhealthy, wimpering, boo hoo my life sucks people....or you can go home, make yourself a decent meal, wash off the day face, put on a fresh look, and goooooo....

I personally, don't go for the bar scene...maturity shows how pathetic people can be in a stupor of alcohol...but there's the gym--a few laps in the pool, a nice meditation in the sauna, a healthy coolada at the juice bar...or a yoga or Tai Kuan Do, or kick boxing class is great for mind & bod....the local cafe with a good book or mags you haven't gotten around to reading....and all these places have really great folks about them, too....But Just DO IT!!!!!

Make the enjoyable part of your week the priority, not the work part....one is to feed the other....ENJOY!!!!

Once I cracked 25 I traded wanting to go out for a DVD and some sleep! Sad isn't it, but I'd rather have a decent meal than a night on the beer.

I work all week but don't go to college but have a daughter who requires a lot of energy, it's hard to get out even though I would love to at times. I usually just crash in the evenings.

Change is inevitable. Do you still enjoy riding bikes in the construction site in the neigboring housing edition as you once did? Of Course not. Listen to your body. Sleep when you're tired- eat when you're hungry.

All your hard work will pay off for you one day real soon. Keep up the great job and keep your chin up. I just wish I was the lucky guy you meet when that day comes, even now. All the best!

Wow. . . you need to be careful. It is ok not to go out on weekends as long as you are doing some serious banging at home! Don't ever get too tired to do some good pumping. Banging is good for you and revitalizes you! Sincerelly. . Dr Feel.

it happens to me evrey now and then - well it actually happens to me more often that i would want to.
i'm just so tired that i can hardly drag myself to a club - but my friends usually prepare some house parties and that's way better than clubbing
