A good person to work with is someone who has a good sense of humor, is industrious, smart and friendly. This person is not in competition with other employees and is not the boss' pet.

I want somebody that is on time, is helpfull, would how i am feeling, is considerate, responsible, has and uses manner. Just a few things. It really depends on the enviroment that you work in, on what type of person you would want to work with.

Somebody who is competent and who gets the job done, somebody you can rely on. Not someone who brings gossip or personal matters to the workplace or takes everything too personally.

One that is qualified to do their own job and is happy with it, not trying to get someone else's job in the office. Someone who is reliable about showing up and about job performance. Someone who is friendly, but not nosy. Someone who knows that every once in a while they will be asked to do something that is not what they were hired to do, and will just do it. In short, someone like me.

I am a stay at home mom... i would want to work with someone quiet, thoughtful, professional, and one that minds their own business.
