Because public numbers collect money thru coins, public cell phones must collect money and if it ain't a business it will never be.

Cell phone numbers probably aren't listed because they change so quickly...meaning a lot of people change their cell phone number or provider religiously.
Then too, the companies that provide the services don't want their customers to complain about unsolicited calls because their numbers were made avaliable. So the numbers are kept private.
People have a choice between listing their landline or not...but I know there's not a yellowbook for cell phones...they just aren't permanent enough for phonebooks.
You can find numbers of people (if the company has sold out on their customer) through the internet...of course you have to pay a fee to get the information. I'd google "cell phone numbers" and look under there.

You'll have to ask them for the cell phone number. I don't know why, but they do not publish them.
