My windows are so dirty, and I don't want to spend all the time taking them apart and climbing a ladder more than about once a year.

I have done this and it works. Get a bottle that hooks to your hose that is empty and than fill that thing up with white vinigar and spray away.. plus no streaks.. presto .. windows clean

I've used it and had good results. For outside windows, I think it probably works better than trying to clean them by hand.

Yes it does work. I love it. That vinegar idea is awesome too. It will get them nice and sparkly clean.

It didn't work for me. I think need lots of water pressure.
