A trader joe in Adelanto or Victorville will have many new home owner customer.

I would rather relocate from victorville to where there is a Treader Joe -:) Please take no offense, I could not pass it up.

New home owners in today's market usually are broke form paying high monthly mortgage: Look at the cars on their driveway.
