I would say no - having chinchillas before and knowing how teritorial they can be I would think they would end up hurting the guinea pig. I've had a hard time just introduing a new chinchilla to the house.

Chinchillas are about 2 or 3 situations more beneficial paintings than a rabbit. they are quite intense upkeep. So when you're literally unlikely to positioned the attempt and time right into a rabbit, then a chinchilla is definitely out of the question. Chinchillas are literally not lap pets. you won't be able to cuddle or puppy them both. They stay everywhere from 10 to 2 decades and require fairly great cages. in addition they require an unique vet, which will be troublesome to discover. have you ever considered a bearded dragon? They make staggering pets. they don't require as a lot paintings as a rabbit or chinchilla and they prefer to be held. frequently situations you may positioned them on your shoulder and carry them round. A corn snake must be yet another good scaly chum that does well being dealt with. Leopard geckos also make staggering newbie reptiles. yet, they are not almost as lively as a bearded dragon or corn snake.

Hmm... Depends. Seeing as how Chinchilla's are usually solitary creatures, and territorial, it might not be such a good idea. But then again. If their babies, the babies might not be so aggressive. So, you can put them together. If it works out, keep them together, and they might be good friends. Though, Chinchilla's need different needs than the Guinea Pig does. So, if you want, put them together, but, it might be wiser to keep them seperate. Its up to you.
