On how to make friends.i have try been myself but every time people use me,am very honest and giving person so any ideas for me to get a friend.

Just keep on trying! At least you are weeding out the bad ones. I do the same thing and won't stop even though people tell me to. Look at it this way, instead of being fake and then finding out that you two can't really get along after so much time, find out up front if you two really get along. Then you will save yourself time and heart break! You're doing the right thing.

Try to restrain yourself with the giving to people who you dont know. Its a sure way to get used. Instead, join a club or something so that you can meet people with similar interest to you. At least you will have something in common with the club members and doing activities together is a sure way of making friends. Good luck!

I had the same problem and what I did was when ever i met someone and they seemed interested in being my friend what I did was sit them down and ask them OK so what do you want out of this friendship and when they asked me if I thought they would use me I would tell them that I didn't know that is why I was asking them exactly what they wanted out of the friendship.

Maybe your coming across to needy. Be yourself but don't give to much. Sometimes honest and giving can come across as clingy or needy. Wait for someone to be friends with you. They will come. Sometimes people will use people who are nice to them because they know they can. Be careful. Good Luck

you should find better people, not change the way u are. you can be honest and nice and still have expectations that you are other half should be the same. do not trust that easily. and be confident. you are the "good guy".

PEOPLE USE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE HONEST AND GIVING. so keep being yourself and you will find real friends one day. you shouldnt change the way you are because of other people. stay the good person you are hon!

being honest and helpful can sometimes be a crutch...sometimes you can tell deep-down inside if you have a true friend or not..spending quality time and not money can sometimes help you make this decision...
