I find that a little frustrating. Are some people just not comfortable having a conversation?

Maybe you feel like you are doing ALL the talking because, well, you are! It could be several things really: Let's examine a few:

1. The people with whom you are conversing are not conversational people. In this case, you should have found out by giving them plenty of time to talk and/or asking them leading questions to get them to talk. If all else fails, time to talk to NEW people.

2. It may be the people with whom you are conversing find it uncomfortable expressing themselves to you. Believe it; it happens all the time. Best way to check is see if these people talk more when you are not around. You may intimidate them with your fluent verbal skills, or, you may be afflicting them with #3.

3. It could finally be that these people don't talk because they can not get a word in when you are around. Therefore, they clam up hoping you will shut up. Usually, when someone finds you totally annoying, they tend to get quiet in hopes you'll go away.

Enjoy!

Some people have a hard time expressing themselves with words and allowing it to make sense to others. I've always struggled with that, so I'm the one who's not doing all the talking :)

Rarely. I am too shy and tend to stay quiet. As the old Paul Simon song says "Im not the kind of man who tends to socialize, I seem to lean on old familiar ways."

But I am still crazy after all these years!

Yes I should do all the talking. I am a man and my woman needs to shut up and listen to me and do as she is told

No, because usually I am either the shy one or we are both talking the same amount.
