The cycle starts the first day of your period and ends the day before the first day of your next period. Don't they teach Sex-ed in this country anymore?

usually 14 days before you start your period (a week after you end your period. but all women are different. technically, you can actually ovulate any time in the month. u can try an at home ovulation kit.
