If they can afford to create the informercials, buy time on TV and sell it to you, they're making a ton of money - and it's not by selling their product, it's by getting people to pony up thousands of dollars to buy into their MLM. If you could make a million dollars a year buying "real estate", why would a sane person want to "share their secret with you", for $199? Did Bill Gates ever go on an informercial to show how you too could create an operating system that stunk but can make you billions - sorry, desperate, greedy and gullible people fill the coffers of these guys. Have you ever noticed the fine print "results unusual" - the government makes them put it in there, in such a small font it's hard to read, but at the bottom of the testimonials.

I'm almost 60 years old, seen about every gig, bought two.
Carlton Sheets, Stuart, Fl. hit a boom time, but you have to be "at a station in life to make this work for you." Carleton was not so broke when he got into real estate, and opportunities are still big if you have some capital in Florida

Don Lapre, looked cool, offered not one little bit of helpful info anyone could ever use, total fraud.

I think of it this way.....If they really figured out a way to make money they would either patent it or keep it secret...the way they make money is buy people buying the videos, tapes etc. that they are selling. Save your time and invest the money in stock!

From my perspective, the one making the money is the marketer. However, feel free to take a chance, Columbus did.

They work for the people selling the product, they won't work for you...
