All rich girls are spoiled and some also pick up being snotty too because of having it all. Some aren't snotty so it must be in the parents' attitude that creates the snottiness in some girls.

Rich girls are snotty simply because they have not gotten over themselves. They honestly believe that people stare in awe at all their overpriced clothes, cars, etc. Truth is, how much do they work for all that stuff. One day they will realize money doesn't buy love, family, children, friends, or happiness. I don't care how much Ralph Lauren that they own. They sometimes find theirselves lonely and unhappy wishing to have a normal everyday life. They don't sell those at Macy's.

Maybe you just think they are being snotty when they are being careful. They may think someone is out to get their money and not like them for who they are. Same as pretty girls. They are perceived as being stuck up, when sometimes guys are afraid to approach them. A rich or very pretty girl can also be painfully shy. I know....

Because of having been given the best of everything, they have VERY high standards... so they tend to see the lack of everything in other people's lives.
