Sweat helps you lose weight, but you need to exercise to sweat. Yes, you can sit and sweat in a sauna, but that won't help you lose weight. You need the exercising that comes along with the sweating!

The simple answer is No.
Whether you sweat a lot because of nervousness, or as a result of physical activity, the source is the same: body fluids that need to be replaced. A marathon runner may lose some weight during the run, for example, but he must replenish the lost fluids with water. Sweating is not a weight loss plan!

yr just losing fluid that you have to replace. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs that will help you better on this site

it will make you lose weight, but then you will feel dehydrated because you are only losing water from your body and that is not good
