Life is the obvious answer. Then there are the things that (we think) are required for (human) life - liquid water on the surface, an oxygen-rich atmosphere, and active plate tectonics. Let's see, we also have a moon that is huge compared to its planet (now that Pluto isn't a planet anymore). I'm sure there are other things you can think of, but since I already gave you 5, I'll stop here.
