They would definitely be guys. How many girls do you know that are Cher impersonators or Madonna, Donna Summer, etc. Also none of these women are dead. (if you are thinking of the post mortem Elvis impersonators I think that is a once in a lifetime occurrence)
However they have better music for drag queens to lip sync to than Jessica Simpson. Her music is pretty blahh
