There is a cheat code, but only if you have an expansion pack, i forgot what one it is, but if you want more info just email me.. ill find the cheat..

Yes, this is real easy and works with all the Sims 2 games whether you have expansions or not-
Turn on the cheat code by pressing all three of these keys at once
ctrl-shift-c
then in the box that opens copy and paste this in:
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true
then have fun moving things around.
If you need to place certain kinds of things at normal angles and you have problems, just turn the cheat back off again by pasting this in:
boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation false
That'll do it! Have fun!

I don't think you can, at least I've never been able to. Not unless you build the wall on an angle and make a flat surface for the furniture to go up against.
