if something is showing on 12 am sunday, is that saturday night or sunday night. I think its saturday night am i right?

no, it's Sunday morning, the end of Saturday night is at 11.59.59

There is NO 12 am or 12 pm. There is only 12 'noon (when the sun is directly overhead) or 12 midnight but no such thing as "am" or "pm" since time is a continuum and not ever static. Yes, there is afternoon but the word is AFTERnoon. There's a 12:01am (after mid-night) and there's a 12:01 pm (afternoon).

Its sunday morning. Everythin from 12am and 12 am onwards counts as the next day.
