My friend was playing a game of cribbage and a man age 35 asked how old she was and she told him 15 he kept asking her questions about getting her to share her pic with him. Is there anyway he can me monitered? In case he is stalking younge teenage girls.

You do seem young, not every man that asks your age is a pedophile. If you don't fell comfortable chatting with him BLOCK him, it's so easy to do. You should maybe call the police, and let him watch what's going on. Don't invite him, let him know you are NOT interested, and leave it at that. ~

I hope your friend kept a copy of the conversations between her and the 35 yr old creep. If did, the have her get on the FBI website and forword it/them to their site. Here is the website.
www.fbi.gov find the area for internet abuse reporting and click on it. send them everything she has and they'll take it from there.

I would call the police, on the none emergency line probably. I would also discontinue contact and try to save anymore conversations for the police.

no, online it's nearly impossible now. all you can do is give his screenname to the police and hope they might do a follow up on him. some police departments do do operations where they chat with the pedophile and lure them to a house with a decoy, and arrest them. i watch it on abc 20/20

Sadly I believe not, but try looking at site that reports them he might already be there. Might help notified people that are around him.
