No. Men produce new sperm all the time. As long as everything is functioning properly, they cannot run out.

No no no! Women are born with all the eggs they will ever have, but men manufacture more sperm every day of their life. Go ahead and enjoy yourself...there's a never-ending supply of that stuff!

no, males will continue produce semens, even as they grow old.. but it will decrease the number or the amount of the semens and sperms counts also...
