well, if the hole is the size of your fist or larger, you'll need a patch. You can get one at Home Depot or Lowe's......it's a mesh patch that " sticks " on the wall over the hole, then, you spackle it...let it dry...sand, and paint....
hope you have enough time.....

To put it bluntly -- be ready to admit you did the hole in the wall, because you do not have enough time to fix the problem, and it will be noticeable anyway. It is better to be honest with your parent and just say you did it (and why) and take your punishment like a responsible and respectful child should.
Your parent will know how to fix the hole. There is aluminum patch (on mesh) that you have to put over the hole, then you have to feather on the plaster and sand between coats -- until it looks smooth and blends in with the rest of the wall. (usually 2-3 times). Then you need to match the paint on the wall (usually another 2 coats minimum) and I can assure you that you do not have a couple of days to wait for all this to happen.
So buck up, admit to your parent you have an anger problem, take the punishment they determine, offer to pay for the patching materials out of your allowance and/or savings, and offer to help your parent repair and LEARN from them.

As a mother that has been through this with two sons......don't even consider covering it up. If you are asking how to fix it, there is no way you are going to do the repair job you dad would want done. We always find out what happened. A lie is far worse than what you have done. However, use the time to think about what you have done. Learn from it! Be prepared to explain why you were wrong and what you are going to do to control yourself in the future. If you think you have trouble with controlling your emotions, make that clear. Ask for help.

Kevin, Your Father knows about the hole in the wall. Leave it until He gets back. He will fix it properly for you.
Read the Bible, again - even if it is "boring" to you now, later you will find treasure, hidden in it's words. Guaranteed!

Go to the lumber yard and get the light weight patch repair by Elmers. It is light weight and cheap and requires no sanding. You will need a tool to spread it on with such as a larger paint scraper with no sharp edge. It drys quickly and it can be painted over with in 30 mins.

cut clean square 1-2 inches larger than hole... using drywall screws, attach 1 or two 2 inch wide pieces of wood, longer than size of square, to inside of wall. Get same size square peice of drywall, same thickness, insert in hole, screw to wood, smooth on drywall mud, tape over, smooth on more mud, dry, sand, paint.
Not fast, but admit your mistake, show that you tried to fix it right, maybe even ask Dad to help you... don't try to hide it...Dads know all about
posters and pictures in funny places and furniture out of place... and from now on, when you want to smack something, go outside and smack a big tree or a cinder block wall, it's a guaranteed cure of that habit...

Better hang a picture (or poster if its you room) to cover it up and then look for a way to fix it (or just use it to stash whatever it was you were on when you punched the wall.

If you don't have enough time, you can use a piece fo fiberglass mesh (for auto body repair) or extra window screening.
what ever you do, it will take time to cure and will need to be painted before it is less noticible.
