Is that why they needed a new group of people/workers? Or was it just a need to equalize skill sets in geographical areas to promote globalism?

American corporations could no longer exploit the American laborer, so the went elsewhere.

Why pay decent wages when some third world nation will offer their children for workers for almost no wages?

Neither. The Corporation let American Workers down by outsourcing jobs to save a buck and maximize their profit margins.

No! The corps. let the workers down. If they wanted to start an industry to save $$ or for globalization,,, they should have started the business elsewhere, instead of hiding under the US Flag, yet, cheating Tax laws, and the very people that purchase the product, often out of need, instead of 'want'.

I think the workers have been let down by their managers. These days, the corporate world is too infested with Ken Lay-types who are more snake-oil salesmen, and less about having a genuine concern about their employees or the futures of the companies they are overseeing.

Laboers rather run the coperation in to bankruptcy than miss their next month full pay, ESPCIALLY UNIONS, then all their jobs go to mexico
