8mm bothered me. It's one of the few movies that I absolutely will not watch any of again.

Well, I don't know about an entire movie, but one of the most uncomfortable movie scenes was in "Pulp Fiction" when Uma Thurman's character got "jumpstarted" with a hypodermic needle straight through her heart when she overdosed.
That really freaked me out (a lot of David Lynch movies do that, too, although I still think he's a brilliant director).

No. The only movie I think "might" make me uncomfortable would be Hostel.... which is why I have still not watched it and don't plan on watching it... i don't know why it just gives me the feeling I know I won't like it... which is weird seeing is how I have seen ALOT of horror films...

Every Nicholas Cage movie I've ever seen. I don't why he chooses to play roles of perverted, perverse people.
And Last Tango in Paris was one of the most disgusting and disturbing movies I've seen.

Dee Snyder's Strange Land.
Someone recommended it to me, and I watched it all the way through, but I would never watch it again or recommend it to anyone else. But, I would make my daughter(s) watch it when they get to be teenagers, it's a great way to scare them away from online predators.

there are lots of scenes that might make me feel uncomfrotable, but then I just change it or turn it off. Whatsoever, when I watch them with someone else, and I can't do that, then I feel uncomfortable,

Schindler's List bothered me--mostly because that was a completely true and accurate story. Well, maybe not bothered me, but made me embarrassed to be classified as the same 'animal' (as in human) as that monstrosity Hitler.

a little movie called Happiness. It was so bad. A father molested a little boy and the father's son gets jealous and asks his dad why won't he do that to him. It is so perverted.
