I used vitamin E capsules. I opened the capsules and rubbed the liquid on the scars for about two months, and that helped reduce the scars.

AcneFree has a scar kit that you rub a lotion or something and they help decrease the appearance of scars. You can find it at CVS, Walgreens, WalMart.. places like that.

Try vitamin E oil. But make sure it's pure.
I had a burn scar on my calf, and vit E got rid of it. It takes a while, but if you rub it on there everyday, it works!

Vitamin K. You can find it at most drugstores under the name Vita-K. They may be listed for spider veins, blotchy skin, etc.. but the effect is the same. After 7 surgeries, I can say it WORKS!

yeah, use the OTC medication and if that didn't work go to a dermatologist and they do an injection-cortison-(not sure how to spell it) and it gets rid of them. most insurances cover that.
