Dentist bleaching system is the cheapest. Might not seem like it but once you waste your time, effort, energy and money on all the teeth whiting products on market you will realize none of them work.

FDA won't allow them to put the same level of chemicals into store bought items so unless you are going to use 100 tubes of whitener to do the job, you just won't get it done.

Its not as much as you think at the dentist. All they do is rub your teeth with cotton swabs.

PS - if you just want a good toothpaste then stay clear of Crest, etc as they are just there due to marketing. 20/20 and Consumer Reports did a article on these products about a month ago. The best toothpaste out of them all was UltaBrite and it was the cheapest.

Obviously you need to brush your teeth... I recommend Crest Whitening plus Scope; it works well for me.

But to add to whitening your teeth, the cheapest thing to use is peroxide. I think it's about a dollar a bottle, and all you do is the same as you would with mouthwash: put a little in your moth and swish it around for about a minute, or a little longer if you can take it. Then rinse your mouth out well with water. My mom, cousin and I all do it, and we've seen major improvements!

Good luck :)

Sephora has this amazing tooth whitening kit called Go Smile! It's amazing, one treatment whitens like nobody's business and lasts forever. It's a little bit more pricey, but the results are much better than what you will get from whitening strips or anything you can get at a Supermarket. Go into Sephora and you can ask for a sample. See for yourself!

Teeth Whitening strips are amazing. My brothers teeth are so white now! He bought the Crest premium kind, but you can get generic kinds like CVS and Walgreen's have their own for way cheaper. They are bound to work the same!

A whitening toothpaste and SOFT toothbrush. Some people think that the harder you brush, the cleaner your teeth. Not true! You're just going to have sore gums. Also, limit your soda, coffee, and tea consumption and DON'T SMOKE!

Use pure peroxide as mouth wash. It is the main ingredient in whitening tooth pastes. Be careful not to swallow it though, it is poisonous and if you ingest to much it can make you infertile.
