has anyone ever heard of any of these two hats the westerner or the cattleman65 both by resistol and if so are the any good

I only know of the Stetson.

I've heard of them. There quality is alright but you can get better. Not much into the cowboy hats but there are better ones. Take a look around and go by price and what looks good to you. After all u could by the most expensive hat you can find and it could look like s*** on you or you could end up buying a less expensive hat and look amazing. But like said look for a hat that flatters you and looks great with good quality at the same time. Hope that helps :)
