Frog "legs" do slightly remind U of chicken but more texture adn a bit of a "fishy" overtone. Tried them once not planning on trying them again:(

they dont taste exactly like chicken but similar to it...they are a pain in the butt to eat though chicken is better

i got brave last year at age 53. they were great! and yes it does taste like chicken. we were at an all you can eat buffet and i went back for more. give it a try, maybe youll like it.
