If you were a literary scholar who happened to stumble across the documents below how would you go about getting readers and scholars to take notice of them

Well, one way would be to ask a question about them in Yahoo answers.
But if I were a literary scholar, I imagine I would write some articles about them and submit those articles to the appropriate literary journals.
