depends on wear you are going to wear the short dress. How about a long necklace, earrings, maybe a bracelet, and flip flops.

cute shoes with maybe a 1inch heel, not too high, and a nice clutch. Some nice eyeshadow that's there but not overwhelming, and a nice updo.
