Three guys are standing on top of a skyscraper. The first guy says, "Did you know the updrafts are so strong up here, you could jump off this building, and the winds will bring you right back up here?"
The second guys says, "Naw, get outta here. I don't believe it."
So the first guy says, "Watch," and he jumps off.
Sure enough, after falling a few stories, the guy suddenly comes back up and lands right back on the roof, on his feet.
The second guy says, "Wow!!! That's incredible, man! I don't believe it! Does that work every time? Can I try it too?"
The first guy says, "Sure, go right ahead."
So the second guy jumps and...
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!" He falls to his death.
The third guy turns to the first guy: "That's messed up, Superman."

Alright, if your sad, then you need to write about your sadness. That's what I do. I'm only thirteen, but I know what I'm talking about, believe me. If your expel the sadness unto something as paper, canvas, the works, then you will most likely ease that pain.
Or, you can imagine a bunch of kittens or puppies, or your favorite animals, all around you, licking or just around you, making you feel better in so many ways. Good luck! Be happy!

well i could tell u some crappy story about my new dog barking at its own reflection in da window or about some cute thing my kids did but that might only make u smile for a short while, or i could tell u how crap my week has been so then urs doesnt seem so bad, but the truth is u gotta find whats making u so sad.
