Personally, I think not.
Astrology is kind of a myth. Have you ever noticed that your horoscope is always wrong? On a day that it says that it would be a wonderful day to 'try something new' you end up breaking your arm, spraining your wrist, seeing your crush and making yourself look like an idiot? All of this happens.
Pluto can't influence you astrologically unless you convince yourself it can. It's like carsickness. You wont become carsick unless you tell yourself you will. Same thing. Pluto won't influence you, unless you allow it to.

Pluto dwells for a great many years in each sign of the zodiac. Anywhere from 13 to 32 years. It's influence is so subtle and it true that astrologist have not had that much time to study it. It thought to not influence the individuals, more entire generations. It's influence is more abstract as well, probably affecting the Limbic system of our brains. It focuses on such things as increased humanitarianism, compassion, creativity and the like.

All planets and stars and moon have influences in everybody's life. A full moon makes crazy things happen. When the planets move into diffrent placements they make things change. And I think it is stupid that they made it a non-planet.... They just did not want to do the work of having to name all the other planet's. Everything that surrounds us influences the nature of the world and that in end influences us.

Yes, it always has. Just because they are calling it a non-planet doesn't change the fact that it is influential in astrology
