They are all bad. I once heard a thoracic surgeon ask his patient if he smoked. The pt replied, "No, I chew tobacco." The surgeon then said, "It doesn't matter if you chew it, smoke it, or stick it up your ***. The results are all the same."

Your are inhaling carcinogens into your lungs. Long term smokers usually have health problems. Such as frequent resp. infections, lung cancer, COPD, emphysema, hardening of the arteries, and increased blood pressure. Those are just a few examples. They also have more wrinkles and skin damage. I think it's pretty easy to spot a smoker in a group of non-smokers.

You're better off not smoking at all.

Regardless of wellness problems with cigarettes and cigars, cigarettes involves only 5% of normal tobacco, the rest of them are synthetic elements brought. Premium cigars are made one hundred% with normal tobacco, nothing introduced besides the entire work in the back of them. Smoking cigarettes is often linked to apprehensive and anxiety, but smoking a cigar will have to be a soothing experience. Men and women who're jogging on the streets smoking a top rate cigar are quite amateurs they usually have no idea for certain the way to effectively "revel in" a cigar. Cigars are by and large smoked together with a quality beverage, this sort of good whiskey, cognac, brandy, ron or a excellent espresso or perhaps a cup of tea. Regards, Gus.

Cigarettes are the worst because carginogenic chemicals are added to them by the manufacturers.

all are bad, but since you don't inhale cigars into your lungs, they are pretty much healthier.
