If this just started two weeks ago, it's because of a critical update MS released on Aug 8th. They're working on a corrected patch; in the meantime, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and uncheck the box for "Use HTML 1.1".

Clean out your history, cookies and temp internet files.

tools

delete cookies
delete files
clear history
