these day's when kids use the words sick to describe something they mean its awesome or great... sort of like when we used to say "yeah that song is bad" we really meant it sounds pretty good. Is it possible you just misunderstood what that person was trying to say? If not I think it is still too much to punch him in the face over.

No it means they have been watching 'American Chopper' too much.That,s a phrase they use a lot. It means you have a kick *** bike take it as a compliment.

Uhm no - because "Sick" is slang:
Sick-(Sik) Adj. Meaning awesome, skillful, or sweet. "Dude that half-cab over that nine set was sick!"
