Yes, the answer above me has the right idea, the ICC is a white boys club, dirty to the core and colluding and conspiring to give 'white' countries the advantage they desperately need to stay afloat in a world where Asian countries are simply too good for them.
Thats one of the reasons they started drafting in Asians and Blacks of British nationality to help them out.

yes offcourse and one more thing that ICC now become the councle of white teams like England and Austrairia and Newziland and up to some extend South africa
Rest of the teams are now considered as B category or teams at second priorities

well if there are humans involved then there would be controvercies.in every sport there is contorversy and there have been contorovercies.so i think its a debatable issue but not a issue which can lead to the change of icc.
